We offer 2 products when it comes to our IT support packages:

  • Ad-Hoc
  • Monthly Rolling
  • Pre-Paid Hours

Ad-Hoc:
You are not tied into any contract with us, you will just need an account setup with us. With this, you can then you can call in when you are having issues and this is billed in accordance with the time used.

Monthly Rolling:
You are billing on a monthly basis, per user, which is pooled in to a total number of available hours. For example, if you have 10-users and each have 1-hour of IT support, then in total you have 10-hours pooled for everyone to use.

Pre-Paid Hours
Support hours that are bought in bulk, to pay for the hours that you use, when you need them, but at a reduced rate compared to Ad-Hoc.
